Great service - friendly efficient thorough service - the young lady was excellent - especially as I had a slight personal challenge when my wife dropped me off and drove off and I still had the keys - I had to grab my Mercedes keys and head after my wife - anyway I did return to pay! thanks for being so understanding - exemplary service - please thank the team !

My (disabled) car was collected from home. New brake pads etc were fitted; the A service and MOT completed. The collection was prompt and the advisory report for future work thorough. From booking to completion staff were courteous throughout.

Visited the dealership yesterday afternoon with the prospect of ordering a new car and was completely ignored for nearly half an hour. No acknowledgement, greeting or interest whatsoever. As a private buyer they have now lost the opportunity of a local sale as I have today visited another Mercedes site to configure a car. Top marks to them and nothing for Mercedes Oxford who clearly have enough customers and need no more.

We bought our car from this garage in April and service was great at the time. Unfortunately, once the sale was made the customer service has gone down hill. We were never sent a paint stick we were promised, not a big deal but irritating. Then at the end of July we removed our canopy shelf to find that the attachment it goes into is actually broken and has been taped together. We imagine this was done by the previous owner and just missed by the garage in doing their checks, it is a bit obscure. However, now we can’t use our canopy shelf. I called the garage and left numerous messages for the head of department and absolutely no response. We have spoken to the guy that sold us the car and although we have had a response by email we still have had no resolution because he is waiting to speak to the head of Department. We appreciate this is a small thing but it’s a new car to us and would have hoped for more from Mercedes and that they would make you feel valued but at the moment I feel fobbed off. 25-09-19- Update for you. When I left this review the response was great, I got immediate emails and phone calls but since then back to the usual thing. The salesman at Mercedes not getting back to me. This is such a small issue why does it have to be so difficult. Mercedes are great when you are spending your money, after sales terrible. Please can we get resolved and I can move on from this????

All very good. Friendly staff and a nice courtesy car. Always nice to try a different car to then consider one in the future. First drive of an electric car. Loved it. My car’s been serviced twice here and I will use again. Annoyingly tho both times when booking the car in on the phone I was told both times that a Mercedes Me box would be fitted so I can access car info on my phone. But both times on pick up this wasn’t done sadly. Just get told to come back sometime. Which isn’t really easy when you work in London and have to plan well to get a serviced booked in.

We would like to give Inchcape Kidlington a very big Hi Five for doing a great job at sorting out the on going problem with the radio after two other dealers had failed to get to bottom of the problem that we had had from new. Andy Ewers did a fantastic job of taking charge of this job and getting his top man on the case, changed two Components of which he had to wait for four weeks for the second one to arrive and fixed the problem. During this time Andy kept us fully informed of what was going on, gave us a three different cars the third was up graded to allow us to go away on holiday and get all our stuff in. Thanks you so much Andy and your team, the radio is working well now. Credit where credit is due, top man and top job. Regards Alistair and Jane

We lost a windscreen wiper blade on the M40 pulled in the showroom and was quickly attended by service personnel quoted for replacements and fitted 30 minutes later back on the motorway. That's what's good service is. Many thanks to the team

Annual service - which was easier to arrange on the 'phone as the on-line alternative wouldn't play along - all absolutely fine and lovely to have the car cleaned both inside and out. Also really helpful to have a chance to chat with a service manager on collection as I found out I could bring the car back in at a later date for an interim free 'health check' to assess whether/ when additional work should be carried out.

The visit was fine and the person looking after me was very helpful - before the service I was supposed to get an email confirmation of the booking which was never sent. Trying to contact the booking centre or the garage before the booking was impossible and immensely frustrating. Emails were ignored for the second time.
