They were helpful with details and provided an enlightening personal video message and going above and beyond when addressing my wiper blades and cleaning my car. Excellent service all round, from booking my car in (oil service and a faulty camera). Both times my booking was handled by Elisa and she was great - ensured I was kept in touch with what was being done and the handover and collection of the car. Refreshing to have a business which is professional and do what they say they are going to do!

Beware if you reserve a car via the Inchcape website as it may have already sold and getting the money back is almost impossible. The £99 refundable fee was returned after 120+ days and only after raising a court claim to get them to pay. Pretty shocking to be honest.

Following some disappointing service from other car providers VW was a breath of fresh air. The best VW garage in the Manchester area. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Unlike many other garages, you don't feel rushed into making a decision there and then. Really good deals can be had that other VW garages cannot even get near. Its a must if your looking at buying a VW.
