Excellent service, got attended by Jamie and everything was great. The buying of the car was easy and there were no issues whatsoever. Jamie's way of attending me was excellent, he was very helpful and i could not ask for better. Had a great trip back home in the new car and everything was the best it could be.

Dealt with Phil and nothing was too much bother, the environment was relaxing, all the sales team I spoke to were very helpful. All in all this has been by far the most pleasant/enjoyable car purchase I have ever had and I've had a few over the years. Inchcape Land rover/Jaguar dealership fantastic people to deal with and I would definitely recommend.

Excellent , car picked up in the morning, service department informed me that the camera required new software which it was not accepting and if the Technical Dept had not got back to them could the car be kept overnight. This was not the case and the car was delivered back to me on the same day with everything working and cleaned, it was just a shame that I only had the car 2 weeks and 50 miles being driven when the fault occurred

From start to finish I was given a full red carpet service from Mal, the whole process was easy and stress free. The car is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for, I would definatley be back in the future. I think Mal is an asset to your company and was the reason I purchased this car as I was coming from London so I bit of a journey but worth it. Thanks

Visited the showroom, spoke to George Smith and paid a £500 deposit to secure a Discovery Sport, we subsequently found another Discovery Sport at Land Rover Leeds in considerably better condition. After half a dozen non returned phone calls to George Smith and an email to Paul Garfoot no action was taken to refund our deposit until I made another phone call directly to Michelle in the accounts department who took ownership of the problem and issued a refund straight away, Michelle thank you it's a shame George & Paul don't take ownership of customer problems in the same way.

Went to look at a Range Rover George the salesman couldn't have been more helpful, looked round car it was superb but George still sent me a detailed video over. After a couple of weeks rear window switch needed replacing phoned service and it was sorted immediately super service would highly recommend.

Just bought a Range Rover from Andrew Brooke here. I would definitely recommend. He looked for the right car for me for 6 weeks until he found exactly what we wanted. A mention for Claire also who was really helpful. I travelled 177 miles to buy from them and I had great service and the car is superb. Thanks again

Quite simply…Dave Wilson and the team at Land Rover York have restored our faith in the new car sales industry!! We had a very ‘rocky’ experience in another non-Inchcape dealership where we live over 200 miles away after a problem with our new car and the other dealer refused to replace the vehicle. Dave reached out after hearing about our problem with the other dealer, made arrangements with Land Rover corporate and got us a brand new exact copy manufactured at no additional cost to us: effectively resolving a problem the other dealer had failed to sort. Thank goodness there are people who genuinely care about the reputation of Land Rover and care about looking after customers for the long-term benefit of both parties. Well done Dave and Land Rover York…we look forward to dealing with you again!!

We have just purchased a vehicle and Andrew Brooke could not have been more helpful. We are not local to this dealership and did everything by e-mail and phone calls. Andrew dealt with every part of the transaction, including the transfer of our number plates, efficiently and courteously.
