Most appalling service I have ever had - very difficult to contact - chasing Ms.Spilsbury constantly for progress report on LPA's - I have every likelihood of being deceased before they become operative, but fees taken immediately. It is now over 3 months since my completed forms were deposited with them and I am still waiting, and my complaint was treated with almost laughable disinterest - I still await any form of progress on that as well. How do you sue a solicitor for incompetance? No stars awarded - the 1 star is so the post is accepted, but obviousl not deserved!
