Had my first visit yesterday with Letitia and Zoe and they were so amazing!! I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease during a procedure. The overall atmosphere truly tops any other clinic I’ve been to! And I’m in already love with my new lips. Thank you heaps!

I walked into ...In My Skin a devastated and broken woman...the ambience of the shop was outstanding and made me feel like l mattered. Letisha asked me questions and explained the threading technique l was asking if l could get it done as l keyloid scarring and laser and needling was not a possibility....but threading would be OK. Letisha asked question and then explained absolutely everything that l needed to know. I was scared and she put me at ease in a professional and caring way. I had threading done from cheek to jaw. I noticed everyday that my face was changing and filling out and looking younger. It's only been 5 weeks since l had threading done and with Gemma the skin Guru providing a amasing skin plan for 12 months lm so blessed to have meet both of these gorgeous women who took a broken woman and gave her Hope that things will get easier that l mattered. Combined the treatments by both ladies has been outstanding for my soul inner peace and my face is proof of their work. Over the next 12 months my face will produce its own collagen so it's still a work in progress and each day lm amazed at how l look....Thank you Letisha and Gemma for everything....l can never repay your kindness. A highly recommended professional business. The venue itself is very clean with a welcoming ambience and charm as you enter the door. The staff have a natural caring and reassuring charisma that creates a relaxed atmosphere.. The staff are highly trained and motivated in providing individualised sessions to deliver the best possible outcome that is suitable to your own very specific profile. They strive to deliver the best!! And they do just that, even if that means as customer in facing facts that certain wants are unrealistic.. For me, that is exactly the type of professionalism that keeps me coming back and travel almost 2hours for it.
