I use this car wash twice a month to get my car valeted and historically I have had no problems what

I use this car wash twice a month to get my car valeted and historically I have had no problems whatsoever, which is why it saddens me to leave this review. I had my car valeted today and took it through the car wash costing £27.00, only to get home to realise the back had been totally neglected and not cleaned at all. Like AT ALL. I’m sorry but if you’re charging that much for a mini valet, you should be doing the whole vehicle not just the front. Disappointed
