Lacking post-treatment service. Had Cool Sculpting treatment and was booked for review in 4 weeks times, when showed up, the premises was not opened. When called another branch, was told that the clinic was not opened until 1 hour later and that my appointment was not written in the system. My appointment was then re-scheduled to a few weeks later. Just received a call from the clinic to say that they no longer do Saturday appointments (which is one of main reason I chose this clinic). Not happy!!!

After a years of having my skin condition misdiagnosed by various Dermatologist's the staff at Total Face Group gave me a personalised skin care program and treatments which have dramatically improved my extremely dry, flaky skin. I also have Botox which makes me look fresher and less tired after working 14 hour days. 5 star rating from me!
