Amazing place and really great service

Thank you very much to Imaani staff we got fixed up. The sales assistant was very helpful and she made our shopping memorable. My sisters and I got fixed up on no time. She went out of her way to help and dress us up. Thank you and keep bringing lovely stock in and we will keep coming back.

Store assistant was very rude, and borderline racist with me. She questioned my personal style, even going to the point to ask me why my hair was done a certain way, or why i was wearing makeup. I came into the store expecting to purchase a nice dress, but I left in tears. Update: This occurred last night, I called today so that I could speak to the owner on the number provided to someone else below and it was the same girl. I calmy asked her how I could contact the owner and she just said "no" and put the phone down on me. Truly disrespectful.

If you want someone to laugh at your wedding budget and make you depressed then give this man a call. Everybody is on a different walk of life shame on you for acting religious and then behaving this way. Found an amazing dress for £1000 on the same road so you clearly are in denial about market prices. All the best

First time purchasing from Imani studio, customer service was amazing even in lockdown I was messaged to inform me that my purchase was ready for collection, and special arrangements were made to make it convenient to pick up. The quality of the material is very good and the finishing looks so nice. Haven't worn or washed it yet hoping it lasts. Will purchase again if outfit lasts a while.

Good Customer service by the store assistant. She was very helpfull in assisting me with choosing a dress and with altering it even during this very busy eid period.
