Imagine Spa Thames Valley – Reading

My second time here after a few years and I am so happy I went back. I booked an hour hot stone massage and it was absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of being treated by a therapist named Chloe who was attentive and had taken note of the note I had made about having tense shoulders/back muscles. She did wonders at getting the knots out and my entire body fells refreshed. After a stressful few months this is exactly what I needed and would definitely recommend this to others. Thank you for such a peaceful experience.

Lovely spa treatments and staff, visited with a groupon voucher and it was such good value for money. Had a lovely relaxing time. Recommend the mud chamber too, its lots of fun and my skin felt great after. Only downside is the spa area, it's very small and the pool isn't deep enough to actually swim in, it's more like a bathing pool.

Very accommodating for our food requirements for the afternoon tea and very flexible,efficient and friendly at the imagine spa reception. Jolie at the reception spa in particular was lovely and very helpful, understanding and welcoming! Treatments were good and spa itself was clean.

My appointment was cancelled twice in 2 months for the same reason: “the therapists are sick today”. Every time I was informed by their “lovely” staff 3 hours before my appointments started that they don’t have therapists fit for work. What a joke!!!!!!! My package should start at 1 pm today but according to the staff I have to wait for their manager to come in at 1:30 to discuss the matter, obviously the manager doesn’t care about my situation. Apparently everything it’s fully booked until 20 of November if I want to reschedule it but I know for sure they don’t have therapists. I don’t know how this is possible. I have waisted 2 days of annual leave for nothing!!!!!!!!! This is the worst place to choose when you want to celebrate a special occasion with your partner!!!!!!!! I would definitely advise you to look somewhere else because this place is just not Real!!!!!!!! You’re paying for nothing!!!!!!

Lovely Spa, and amazing afternoon tea. Myself and two friends went on sunday the 1st of December for a spa day, we also had one treatment each and it was amazing. Nadia, Sophie and Megan where the three girls that did our massage, they were so lovely and the massage relaxed me so much. Highly recommend this spa.
