Even giving this ‘boutique’ a 1 star rating is more than it deserves. Entered the store with the hope of buying a nice outfit for an upcoming wedding and was utterly disappointed by the treatment and levels of customer service employed. The lady on the till was reluctant to give a smile to say the least and answered any questions I had with attitude and disrespect. Never been treated in such a manner from a shop deemed ‘professional’ such as yourselves. I suggest you have a second look at the people you have manning and responsible for the shop front of your business as it easily puts people off from entering. Would not recommend!
