I took my very apprehensive 13 yr old daughter to get her ears pierced. Sam was so lovely, and explained everything really thoroughly and gently, putting my daughter at ease. 3 weeks later, and her ears are healing beautifully. Thank you Sam.

When I got married in 2016, Boo and her team went above and beyond to make sure that I felt amazing and relaxed for my special day. They also went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and safe during my pregnancy. Even though I was fussy during this period, they were fair to me and always treated me with respect. The team is experienced and I always feel wonderful after their treatments. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so.
