Iceland do have some good deals and product quality is good. Its the largest commercial supermarket available in Hounslow West. Staff are well mannered but sadly it is often understaffed at peak times which can lead to frustration. Good luck at peak times!

Today Saturday, August the 3rd, about 17:45, at Iceland frozen foods, Hounslow West, I was in the quee stand next the Asian lady holding a baby while she was putting the shopping before paying for her foods,, The Cashier was standing in the middle of till, she didn't offers a help to put her shopping or Assistant a person with needs,, when I did Ask her you could help her instead of laughing,,, She ignore us,,, what a customer service,,, poor Iceland need to employee the right staffs who's cares and have a better approached,,, Sad very sad to see this can of things.

My family and I have never been to any of their shops. Had some time to looked around. What I bought was good price and acceptable flavours for processed frozen goods. Obviously I would not recommend to have too much as it is not healthy way of eating. Most persons don't know this! Will only shop again if absolutely necessary mainly it is laziness.

Normal place, nothing exceptional about it, never had any issues with staff however often when i visit late evening, there is only 1 till open and there is a long queue, the staff rarely come out to clear the queue. They have to be called several times by their colleague for help. Proactiveness can go a long way in a positive customer experience.

My easy grocery store. With almost everything I want

Manger is very rude in hounslow west ice land she spokes very rudely when I called in the morning. Their staff only tells to call in the mornings regarding the product if available to call in the morning and come in the store. But when I called today store manager picked up the call and she didn't even have a manner to speak to the customers she started shouting on the phone. If their are not ready to attend the calls in the morning why they tell to call in the morning around 6clock 0r 7.00 am.

Best for frozen food and fresh meat. Super affordable prices everyday.
