So when a driver can't find a place, apparently the best thing to do is just not call the customer, just go back to the store and hope it all goes away. Attempted theft isn't happening. Then they delay the already 2 hour late delivery. Pathetic

Iceland is a good place to shop if you have a large family and not so large, the food is good better than some of the food's in expensive shops, like Sainsbury's and Tesco's, Iceland have all you need for your weekly shop, and they do free delivery with a shop over 35 pounds, come Christmas time what could be better. I recommend Iceland to everyone.
