Staff are constantly chatting to each other and ignoring customers. Let huge queues build up and continue to chat amongst themselves rather than open up other tills. No interest in helping customers unless you are related to then and then you can act as if you own the shop. Sad as other Iceland stores are far more professional. Management need to get a grip of this store and sort it out.
