Iceland Foods bath

Clean bright good size shop, helpful staff. Parking close by but awkward when carrying lots heavy frozen. Wheelchair access. Large variety of brands & selection frozen foods. This shop sells fresh foods too, milk, bread, cold meats, fresh chicken, lots sauces, cereals, oils & munchies. There's always an offer on something! They have reasonable prices. Today I earned 10% off next shopping.

Clean and well presented store. Staff are friendly, could do with a few more on checkouts. Plenty of frozen,fresh and other products. Have a lovely team of home delivery drivers that are friendly and arrive within your slot

Freezers were empty, staff unhelpful and the young lad on the till had no manners and his till manners were awful, put all my shopping thru (over £100) with no thought that I was still loading the shopping, no offer of help, no offer of bags and sat fidgeting when I eventually managed to start packing. Sadly a store that has gone very downhill

What they do they do well - best choice for frozen food and a good, expanding choice of groceries & fruit and veg. Check out staff service sometimes under pressure but is improving with helpful approach and customer friendly.
