Pleasant enough. Very clean and super convenient if you're visiting the stadium or arena. Parking wasn't a problem, just £12 a night on top. Small bar on the ground floor and decent sized restaurant above it. Room was everything you need just very basic and could hear everything in the hall and by the lifts.

The room was super small, I could barely fit all of my stuff with the people I was rooming with and could barely comfortably walk around the room without running into something. The bathroom was super small and everything I showered the water flowed all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was good, but the room was not worth the price.

£50 for a window which faces a multistorey car park. Window turns out to be a necessity as the air con doesn't work. Construction work right outside the hotel gives free wake up calls at 8am -not mentioned to us beforehand. Staff don't particularly care about your existence. If you need to stay in Wembley head over to Best Western Plus, it's cheaper, MUCH nicer and the staff are absolutely fantastic.

Nice clean hotel. Checking was rather weird. I don’t appreciate having to give over my email address to be added to a mailing list, that I don’t want to join. Rather stingy on the tea n coffee in the rooms. But quite and clean, building work was going on but couldn’t hear it big plus point. Breakfast was ok but for the price not much value there. And was loud and busy. Please tell stay all staff were pleasant and helpful. Making this business trip a good one.

I came to stay for 2 nights and I had breakfast included. The breakfast has a lot of option. It's a buffet Which has beans, eggs, sausages, cereal, orange and Apple juice or you can get coffee or tea. The rooms are really tidy and luxury looking. Loved the showers. Definitely will the price.

Stayed at Ibis one night with family so booked 3 rooms in total. The rooms are good, the bathrooms are clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was missing was parking, with only 5 spaces available on premises so you'd have to use off-street parking in the night or use nearby Wembley stadium parking. The staff were nice and arranged a taxi early morning for us too.

Great location and good price. Breakfast really good. The room was so hot, even a member of staff who came to fix our telly said it was unbearable and it was only 12' outside. So don't believe the adverts for air-conditioning or air control as it's not true

A double room for £60 with a full English buffet breakfast!! There's not many things that youncan complain about but that price! The bedrooms were basic but clean and modern. Had issues getting into the room.with the electronic keys and had to visit reception 3 times to try to sort. Beds were exceptionally comfy - best night's sleep I have had for some time! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was a little limited on options but was very tasty and there was hot and cold options. Will definitely be returning for a base when staying in London. Just 20/25 mins by tube to King's Cross.

the hotel safe was out of order. I told the attendant that I had to keep money and documents in the safe. The suggestion was to leave it in the room. So, I requested that they not enter my room for anything, not even for cleaning. Nothing helped. Entered the room, which was tidied and my suitcase was violated. Somebody took 1500 euros and 1000 dollars. And I'm at the beginning of a trip between England and France. No security cameras in hallways. I didn't get a good service from an employee. Ibis never again. I had to call the police. My trip became a nightmare.

Wedding party stayed at Ibis London Wembley as my sister was getting married! Disappointed with the greeting by a gentleman, who was telling us we had all booked family rooms with 3 beds. Which was not the case! When I tried to show him the booking, he shrugged it off saying either way you'll have three beds. Three beds would mean we had limited space to get ready FOR A WEDDING. He was not a single bit helpful. My sister the bride was stuck with a small room plus an extra bed, which was not booked = limited space for the bride to even begin to get ready. My sister managed to speak to another member of staff ?Israel who was extremely kind and helpful. He managed to get my sister moved into a bigger room to accodmate her. Not the greatest of experiences but you get get what you paid for. Budget hotel = budget experience.
