These guys are simply brilliant. They know what they’re doing, they are friendly, professional, fast and very reasonably priced. I am not an IT expert but have quite a lot of background knowledge. Needed something on a laptop investigated where I didn’t have the right tools however and hence asked the “I love my PC” staff to sort it. I really tested their knowledge and there wasn’t anything they couldn’t answer. Respect. In particular David who dealt with my case gave me really good advice in deciding on the best solution and way forward with my laptop issue. Very very impressed. Can definitely recommend. You’re in good hands here.

Took my laptop to these guys, in distress, after they were recommended to me. They put everything to one side to look at it straightaway. Sorted it out quickly for me. Sensible prices. Left the shop very happy.

I had a short notice, time sensitive IT emergency and I found the guys at I Love My PC to be both swift and knowledgeable. They had my issue sorted in no time and charged a very reasonable fee. They saved our bacon and I’m most grateful for their help.

Just bought a new PC from these guys. I'm a Luddite - not computer savvy at all - but need to replace my 10 year old model. They talked me through all the options, got the exact spec I needed, transferred all my old info on to the new kit; I took it home, took it out of the box - the easiest "plug-and-play" kit I've had since I bought a new toaster last year. Deffo recommend Ian and the rest of the team. Smart, accurate, professional and a joy to work with.

I used this company when I was living in Filton, Bristol about 10 years ago when my computer was completely upgraded (monitor/screen, hard-drive, speakers, & printer) and being a luddite, it has lasted me well over the years BUT since I have moved nearer to their shop on the Gloucester Road (and what a relief!!) and my hard drive needed to be updated (windows 7 lapsed and not updated) This was done efficiently and at a good cost and even with a little problem of the lead from the new hard-drive to the monitor/screen- all is now up and running perfectly I hope that this will last me for a few more years but we will see so, a fast, prompt, efficient, reliable service and the knowledge is great Well worth a visit, for either a revamp or new computer

I took in a school laptop with a power jack issue and they said they would call to confirm the price of the repair. They called back promptly to say they needed to order a part in and the work should be done in a couple of days. I then got a call to say the motherboard had failed and the laptop wouldn't boot so they couldn't do the repair. I was sure it was working before so once I got back to the office I removed the battery and reseated the RAM...and it WORKED!! I was charged a £40 "diagnostic" fee and they didn't even get that right!!

Determined and tenacious fix of laptop with a dodgy keyboard. Some keys wouldn't work, some would auto-repeat spontaneously. New keyboard fitted - quick and inexpensive. Oh dear - one day later different keys failing. Back to the shop. After a lot of time consuming investigation it turned out the first replacement keyboard was also faulty. Another keyboard (no charge) and now all OK. I think other PC repairers would have given up early on. Very pleased.
