Been really impressed by the range of places to stay and the help i got when asking for advice on where to stay. I like the style of the places and the way the information is given. Will always book these hotels if I can. Highly recommended.

We have been disappointed by i-escape. We had a problem with the hotel in Italy we booked through them - our room suffered badly from damp - and we found that an issue raised with i-escape outside 9-5 Mon to Fri is not dealt with promptly. So our email sent late on Friday was not acknowledged until Monday. i-escape then somewhat belittled our issue first, by telling us that the issue was one of smell, rather than underlying damp (to be fair, that it what the owner will have told them, but it was nonsense and i-escape did not acknowledge that). Second, when I pointed this out to i-escape and invited them to visit the property to check, they cut off all communication with me. In short, I don't trust them and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

Happy to recommend my stay at Caretta Pension. on the beautiful little island of Kastelorizo (Megisti) A good size double room with table and chairs. Air conditioning and bathroom ensuite (shower & loo). Service by friendly and helpful housekeeper Natasha. Sheets and towels changed very frequently on our 12 night stay. The owner Damien met us on arrival and bought us coffee and explained about the island.. Food was not provided at Caretta, but the room is set up for a modest amount of self catering & the island's two supermarkets are 100m away. Caretta has a lovely cool garden in the ruined house opposite: no roof, but shaded by a huge figtree.  I highly recommend Ta Platania restaurant on the main square Horatia on top of the island, midway between the two ports. The best swimming, via a 3 minute boat trip is on St George island, well equipped with Cafe, loos etc. The main buzz is the larger port, with cafes and restaurants perched around the water's edge. Also worth a visit are the museum and the the Ottoman mosque, also a museum; together they show the island's remarkable history of wars and invasions.

The only website I use when I want to dream about my next break. I’ve travelled to quite a few destinations using iescpe and have made some really special memories. The team have been really helpful with adjustments we’ve needed to make throughout COVID and because of this we haven’t lost any money from booking accommodation with them; not like some companies I’ve used for UK breaks! Ultimately you need to have minimum stress booking a holiday (whenever you’re able to!) and this is what they supply so well - beautiful, well-reviewed venues around the world, providing peace of mind that when you finally arrive, you’ll have a great time 🙏🏾

Absolutely fantastic in every respect! Superb accommodation in excellent location overlooking canal. The staff were all wonderful and could not do enough to help us. Our breakfast over at the excellent Venissa Wine Resort was delicious! We had a fantastic dinner at the Osteria Contemporanea, enjoyed a great tour of the vineyard followed by gorgeous wine tasting and also did a fantastic 2 hour photography boat trip around the lagoon with local photographer Alessandro Tagliapietra. We can't wait to return to Casa Burano!
