Siobhan and the girls are amazing at Hypoxi. I started my journey with Hypoxi after I had my first child as it is a low impact exercise and needed to shed the baby weight around my tummy the most..... I have recently had my second baby and I’m back in great shape again after a few weeks. It is great to slowly strengthen your pelvic floor muscles also as you are not bearing weight down, just lying back-cycling in the machine! I would say Hypoxi is a must for anyone post baby trying to get their body back!
