Kristine was amazing from the second we entered the showroom. Really informative and honest with her recommendations based on our needs. Our hot tub was delivered and installed yesterday, the team were great and efficient. Highly recommend hydropool.

I would give zero if it were allowed, I received my call at 09.37 saying the tub was on it's way at 18.00 they eventually turned up. Obviously not wanting to be here at that time. Granted they installed the tub with my help but was given no assistance with chemical application or demo of the tub,in fact they didn't even switch it on as it never had filter, the latest version is received a message that a technician was coming with the filters and will receive a phone call late morning, it's now 13.14 and have messaged them about the whereabouts of the technician still no reply. What a shambles of a company, save your Money go somewhere else.
