Poor product, not manufactured very well, etched glass in door upside down being one problem, called manufacturer who told me to call dealer, dealer told me they would not help and even if glass was broken they would only supply a new cassette. Having paid to get glass turned the etching does not line up with side panels. Very poor service and product, will not use manufacturer or dealer again.

Problem with door, sent email to ask for guidance but no response. Very poor considering I was not asking for any compensation, just advice. Update. So did resend my email. This is the response you get from them. So much for the pride in their customer service. It is totally unacceptable that they can't answer such a simple question of product performance such as 'should there be a draught coming from between the bottom of the integrated frame and composite door'. They MUST know if that is a normal situation or not based on their own testing and experience. Pushing a customer back to the fitter / seller is just adding in a loop that means neither of the two parties are going to admit liability and pay for any rework. The customer (as always) is going to be the one who loses out and gets shafted. **************************************************** "Dear Mr. xxxx Regarding the below email, please be advised we must refer you back to the Company who you purchased the goods from. If they provide us with the relevant order details we can investigate the matter and advise accordingly Kind Regards xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Aftersales Administrator

The selfish van driver (KW67 XME) on the M1 today (15/08/19 16:42pm) almost caused an accident due to switching lanes without indicating. I had my kids in the car. Please think about others when you’re at the wheel. Could have ended horrendously.

We’ve just had a new composite front door (with side panels) made by Hurst. Their workmanship is great. Plenty of options for style, colour and hardware to choose from. We love our new door and it really compliments our house.

Having sold Hurst composite doors to the trade for nearly 5 years I can say their product quality and customer service is excellent. Not one manufacturer out there is absolutely perfect with every order but Hurst will at least always try to be. With huge demand post-COVID lockdown we have experienced delays due to shortages with all our sources of supply but Hurst provide us with live online order tracking and are able to explain in detail the reasons why so we can help our customers understand. If replacement parts are required or advice is ever needed we always get a quick response. Quality and service is important to us as it reflects on our own reputation. I would like to note that the bad reviews seem to be from the end customer, where the supplier to them is technically the installer and so the installer is the one responsible for these bad experiences.

Initially we had a delay with our door however after raising this with Hurst doors Howard contacted me and rectified this swiftly. It was a pleasure to deal with Howard he was very apologetic and quickly helped us which completely turned our experience round by explaining what had happened and he did his utmost to speed up our door being manufactured. The door has arrived and has been fitted. It is clear the door has been made to a very high standard, it feels a good quality sturdy door and we are very happy with it!
