We recently instructed Hunters to sell our home . David Metcalfe ( Branch Owner) visited us at our home and was extremely knowledgeable about current market trends and what price would be a sensible starting point for a sale. He then instructed a photographer who was fabulous and literally knew exactly how to promote the property at its best. Particulars were written and a glossy brochure produced. In addition to this David's competent sales team started proactively promoting the property to their data base. The result? We had an influx of interest and an agreed sale within 4 weeks. As with all sales, there were some unpredictable difficulties during the process but this actually is where David showed his true professionalism. He followed the sale process through, aided by very competent Tom in the office and we received an absolutely fantastic, personal caring service. I have brought and sold many houses over the years, but can honestly say that the team at Hunters at Yeadon deserve the success they have due to their quite exceptional care and service. If you are considering selling a property in the area I would not hesitate to highly recommend. Moving house is a stressful experience, Hunters recognize this and go the extra mile to ease the process. I wish David and the team a very successful 2020, they deserve it!

Dave and team were brilliant at Hunters, they had buyers lined up before we even started marketing. We sold very quickly and Dave helped us get the best price. During the moving process Kim’s expertise got us over the line with the solicitors and she managed to get us the completion date we wanted. After sales service has been great too, nothing has been too much trouble and I would like to thank everyone at Hunters for making the experience stress free.

Phoned on Monday to see if a landlord would accept me and my family as tenants. Was told maybe and that I'll get a call back in a few moments after they've rung the landlord, no phone call then I rang back on Tuesday morning to chase up and the lady said its Ross I spoke to but he's out at the moment she'll get him to ring back once he's back in the office. Guess what it's Wednesday afternoon and I'm still waiting, I guess they couldn't get hold of the landlord or the landlord wouldn't accept us. Either way a polite call like I was told would be of great appreciation. Manners costs nothing at all.

Sold my house for the full asking within a week, they communicated with me all the way and I moved 7 weeks later. What more can you ask for?! Happy to recommend.

We recently purchased a property through Hunters in Yeadon. The initial viewings were nice experiences with Kim being very friendly and knowledgeable about the house and local area. Tom and the team were then excellent throughout the rest of the process. They were always available, helpful with queries and we were kept up to date with progress. Great people to deal with.

From reading other reviews experiences with the sales team of this branch seem to be great. Unfortunately I can’t say the same from the lettings team. We got in touch on the day a letting was added to Rightmove and contacted them repeatedly to request a viewing. We were told they were waiting for the tenants to get in touch to confirm availability. One week later we were contacted for a viewing the next day. What clearly was their intention from the start was to run an open house and the member of staff we saw on the day of viewing had shown 7 people round the property in less than an hour. This is fair enough, but just be honest with people that this is the process as from that moment it was obviously going to be a waste of time. We submitted an application the next working day with no confirmation of receipt and over a week later have concluded that this won’t progress. Having followed up several times we were told the landlord was still making a decision but after 5 days it is clear that this can’t be true. In a fast moving rental market, agencies clearly have the upper hand but this agency does not compare well to others in the area in terms of communication, transparency and general customer service. I felt like I had gone back 10 years.

Hunters in Yeadon have been fantastic from the beginning. I did not have perfect circumstances, things kept on changing but they were very patient and very accommodating. I could not recommend them enough if you are wanting to sell your property.

I would highly recommend Hunters in Yeadon. They are like no other estate agent I have used before. They are honest from the start, reliable and very professional. They sold my property within less than a week, and have made the whole buying and selling process a lot less stressful that it usually is. David and his team are incredibly hard working, you won’t find another estate agents like them.

Highly recommend the team at Hunters Yeadon. We had a pretty poor experience with another estate agent so engaged with Hunters and David and his team were excellent from start to finish. From the initial discussion, through to marketing our property and our onward purchase, Hunters were able to arrange multiple viewings and secure a number of offers, giving us some good scope to decide. Our onward purchase was also managed by Hunters and with the support of Sally & Kim throughout, made us feel at ease, despite a number of obstacles that come with moving home. I would not hesitate to use Hunters again....although not sure I can face moving again anytime soon!! Thank you for everything :-)
