We are very happy we chose Hunters as the estate agent to sell our house for us. Throughout the entire journey it has been a pleasure to deal with every single member of the staff of their Pudsey branch. They were all professional but also cheerful and personal; none of them made us feel like we were just one of many customers. I particularly want to mention Alex, who was exceptionally enthusiastic about our house, an eloquent gentleman in his communication, who went out of his way - and out of office hours - in the first important stage, and to have it published how we wished it within Hunters format. I remember Mairead as well who we were one of the first customers for in this branch, who was also very personal and enthusiastic in her approach. Emma and Emily and Donna of the sales progression team have helped in a friendly manner. Last but not least Victoria, who was touched by our patience with our buyers, who translated that in fighting for our sales progression like a tiger. Would recommend Hunters with no hesitation!

Hunters are acting for us both in the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current home. Myself and my husband have had the pleasure of dealing with four staff, Lee, Emma, Kirsty and Jenny. Lee valued our house and was very easy to get on with, then later very professional on the phone. Jenny does the accompanied viewings. I suffer from anxiety. We had 13 viewings on our property, 7 on the same day more or less one after the other! Jenny was instrumental in keeping me calm during what would have been an ordeal without her and I can't thank her enough. Our house sold in 6 days. I get regular reports from Kirsty as to where we are in the process. I haven't moved for 35 years and find her very patient and informative. Emma stood in for Lee when he was on holiday and her enthusiasm and positivity is infectious. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters. The staff are all lovely and no matter who you speak to they are all up to date on your property matters. Extremely important. I truly cannot fault the staff. They have taken some of the stress out of moving house.

Kirsty and the team were very helpful on the sale of my property. They kept me up to date with proceedings and were very proactive in getting the deal finalised. Overall, a great service from start to finish and one I highly recommend.

Our experience with Hunters Pudsey has been great, the process has been really easy with them and Kirsty is always there to help with any questions we have had. Although the circumstances at the moment are hard, it hasn't seemed to get in the way of getting great service, can't fault them at all! Plus we didn't get nagged by them when we went for a viewing, which was a nice change compared to the other estate agents we had viewings with!
