Thank you Hunters in Portishead!! With so many agents in the area, it can be hard to know where to go BUT...I'm so glad I went with Hunters in the end. Two different agents marketed my property across many months, Hunters got in far more viewings than the other (by a large number) and actively marketed the property in various ways. The team were exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional, all throughout my time with them. They were open and honest about the current market and provided feedback after every viewing. The teams' down to earth nature was warming. I felt they all had a vested interest in selling my property and that they worked as a true team. The advice I was given by the manager at the time of valuing the property was impartial and very much appreciated - hence why I chose to list with them. Great team.
