First time landlord renting my flat out - glad i chose Hunter's as they have made the whole process so easy for me. From the manager Jordan at the initial scoping to Nabila who has been extremely helpful on any queries leading up to the tenancy start date, has been a very professional but also welcoming agency. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from hunters! Especially Nabila, even though, I drove her crazy with emails and phone calls! She was so supportive, professional and understandable. I moved in with them in February, and now my cousin found a flat with them and they still managed to provide us with the best service! The moving is process was so easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend Hunters, and Nabila to anyone who would like to move!

Not a very good first impression. Booked a viewing on Tuesday late afternoon to see a property on Thursday, which was meant to be available in 5 weeks time. On Wednesday they call me at 1pm to say that 3 people already submitted offers and that they have to cancel the viewing (...starting the phonecall with "oh so did you want to cancel the viewing?"). When I asked why they didn't tell me that there are so many viewings in the meantime between the time when I booked it and me seeing the place, the girl I spoke to got very defensive and started saying "are you accusing me of lying?!" and barely allowed me to speak. No, I'm not accusing you of lying. I am politely trying to give you feedback so that you can improve your communication skills to make sure you don't let people down in the same way in the future. I took a day off work and booked train tickets to Leeds from London already. Little bit of warning to tell me that there are viewings in the meantime and that there is a lot of interest in the same place would have been great. Let's hope that they use this feedback to reflect on their poor communication skills. It'd be nice to be able to work with them in the future and not feel like I'm wasting time.

Only acted as an agent to the landlord Problems at the beginning and end of tenancy mainly however some painful experiences during due to poor communication Given wrong reference for direct debit when moving in Still in disbelief I was charged over £100 for cleaning which was taken out of my deposit when I left the property in a cleaner state than when I moved in (giant melted fairground type lollipop down the side of washing machine that I had to clean the day I moved in!) I have rented two properties previously and not been charged by two other agencies based in Leeds? Wish I had listened to advice not to rent through Hunters definitely moneygrabbing would not recommend I am giving 1 star because most of the staff there were friendly (not the lady who told me to be quiet and listen so she could tell me why I was wrong) and I did like the property

Hunters Leeds has been the best agency I have ever been with. They have always communicated and explained absolutely everything in great detail. They have always been concerned about any problem I have had and they have always solved it. I can't be any happier. 10/10!

When I moved to Leeds from France, I knew nothing about the city, where to live, etc. Jeremy from Hunters helped me find a great apartment in a great neighborhood, and I am very happy in that place. I am thankful that he was there to show the places and guide me in the right direction. Also, the Hunters team is very responsive whenever I have a question. I highly recommend their services.

Booked a viewing, requiring me to travel a fair distance to get to Leeds, only for them to not show up. Had no problems wasting my time and wouldn't answer their phone all day. Avoid and stick to more professional agencies around Leeds.

Shambolic unfortunately. Didn't turn up for a viewing. Best employee (Kate) has now left and it shows.

Excellent service from enquiring to moving in. Jeremy and the team at the office were super efficient, Scott showed me everything I needed and Joe has helped me get settled in. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks
