We had a long journey from first visiting the property in July to finally completing in February. So we got to know Heritage well! We had a lot of ups and downs in the process and thought we weren't going to get our dream house at several points! James and Matt helped us throughout and I never worried about giving them a call. They listened to us and meant that the sell went through just in time. I would definitely recommend Heritage and would definitely use them if we decide to sell in the future.
