Hulme Post Office manchester

Change your hours on amazon!! Says that the store is open until 20:00 and now my parcels are stuck there until Monday!

Their Amazon opening hours say 8-20:00...it's not true and now I can't pick up my parcel!! Please change this as it's so misleading

I went there to collect my BRP card. It was really hassle free experience.

Every single time I step foot in here there is a huge issue with something ridiculous. I’m never looked in the eye and the staff always have to seek a manager for assistance and they are usually hiding in the back with half the subway staff stuffing their faces. Post offices need to catch up with the rest of the world, customer service doesn’t exist in these places we are merely irritations to them, they have no want to make sure we leave happy. Terrible service

The staff are amazing very helpful. I post daily infact on my way shortly the staff great you with a smile very polite and friendly. Never had a issue I've been using the post office a long time. Nothing ever too much trouble.keep up your amazing work and customer service its 5 stars from me if only I could give more I would.. Well done all

It’s nice and tidy place. The staff were amazing the guy who served me is calm and funny. Thought it is busy like crazy, he managed to help me to sort out my things. I am very much impressed. The way they are helping and treating people with good vibes. Keep going guys😀😃

It's great having a subway and the post office in one handy place ( rare combo). Fast, efficient and good customer service. Would recommend for posting and other services.👍👍

Staff were helpful and professional, even though there was a queue, I didn't feel rushed and they managed to assist me with all my queries. Postmaster had good banter too. Thanks guys
