I went to use a computer and print something. Felt that I wasn't important because I wasn't a member despite the fact that I was paying £1.50 to use a computer for 10mins. Bit of a hassle to get using the computer, i had to show ID and fill out a form, bit much if you ask me. Staff don't seem friendly.
