HT Nails & Spa – sunderland

This is my favorite nail salon, the do everything the way you ask they are very professional and nice.

The shape of the nails were amazing. Then the women put the gel on she wasn't giving the nails long enough to dry under the lamp. When I told her she was very rude about it. A had them for a week two nails feel of completely. The gel was peeling on some. Never had this happen anywhere else wouldn't recommend at all. Save your money go somewhere else.

Excellent work, they do what you ask for however the staff aren’t too friendly. Price is reasonable for what you get

I went today with my two friends and the staff were quite rude telling me to get closer to the table in a shout almost I was waiting for 15 mins putting my hands under the light 🙄 one man stuck my nail on crooked 😕 my friend asked if she could have her nail length a bit shorter and they refused to do that for her !!! Overall I think that this place has quite rude staff but my nails did end up okay I guess except my glitter is see through when I asked for opaque 🙁 The price isn’t bad for what they did but I wouldn’t recommend this place 🙂

they do whatever you want. Friendly employee. they are all foreigners but they always try to speak english with you. Their boss is great. He always cares about his customers. I highly recommend everyone to come here

The staffs don’t really speak English and they look at you as if you’re stupid when you ask about something. They will speak in their language and laugh. I don’t know if they don’t know it is wrong or something. This is my second time there because I had to take the nail extension I did there out. They are not supportive at all and they are not friendly at all. If you ask for something different, they act like you’re disturbing. They really need to work on their attitude towards staff and try to at least get someone that understands what customers are trying to say. I felt totally uncomfortable all through. I don’t think I’ll go there again, it’s too bad.
