5/ 5

HSBS right on the corner, it’s best to park on Wilbraham Road near the food restaurants as there’s ample parking. There weren’t many customers however everything was setup nicely for social distancing. My main reason for reviewing HSBC was the fact that I am with another bank they support. I had a difficult request and they were able to support me with this. The lovely Scottish lady on the counter was locket with me. She ensured everything was safe prior to me leaving the bank. What an excellent employee and lovely person. 5* for her and 5* for 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Have used this bank for something like 40 years. I do not understand why all the poor reviews. Okay, so nothing is perfect all the time but I have always found the staff in this branch to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable 99.9% of the time. After 40 years that is good going. You moaners will miss it when it's gone, like a great deal of other local banks.

I rate hsbc bank at with five stars because I have been with for about 31yrs and always been treated very well, especially by Leslie, whom I have known all those years firstly at rusholme branch and for the past 11yrs at chorlton she as always been very helpful too as i tend to be a little flustered sometimes I can rely on Leslie to have the patient to sort me out.
