Always telling you to go to Ealing Broadway branch they cant solve your problem useless bank with unhelpfull staff.

Utter useless branch, might as well close it. Went in to do a international payment after being told to do so on the phone. 2 people in the branch and kept fobbing me to each other. Then being told to come next week when the 3 colleague comes back. And HSBC call itself a global bank!!!!!

Helpful and friendly staff, always an absolute pleasure to visit. My only grievance is the opening times.

Staff very slow always busy talking between themselves bank always closed when needed bank closes at 3:30 but the staff shuts down at 3 on the internet it says that it will close at 5 this is misleading people the manager needs to look at this

Really poor service, even going in the middle of the afternoon the queue is 9 people long because they only have two service desks open. I only wanted to deposit a cheque but their cheque deposit machine is out of order, shambolic - customers deserve better here

Had problems with my online banking and they fixed my problem quick ,very pleased

Worst bank service in Southall area. I have been there on Friday at 03:20, the banking lady beside the gate, for closing and she did not let me in . Still there 10 minutes left. But when I google it, shows open until 04:00. This is unexpectable.
