Howdens – Uxbridge london

My kitchen is lovely and seems a good quality, however I had a lot of issues with the design and amends not being made as agreed... I picked up on most of these as my builders were installing (two sinks sent, wrong doors as two examples). My builder picked up we could fit another cupboard in and found a space for the bin (which wasn't on the designs), but today after moving in the island could be more across as the designer hasn't lined up with the door frame and other amends such as adding a cutlery drawer haven't been actioned.. so I have no drawer for my cutlery - literally no drawer to put it in. This might seem minor but when you are paying £££ for a kitchen and design service how could this be missed?! Overall - kitchen good, designer awful.

Howdens Uxbridge is the worst brunch I've ever been!!! They are Proper Scamers, I went for kitchen estimate, the cashier/seler name was Danny he did estimate for me in June and I never did it estimated kitchen. In next two weeks I was outside the UK for two months, when I came back I found numbers of invoices send to me. I've also find that they open credit limit on my account for £3,000.00. I called Howdens in Uxbridge straight away and explaining the situation that I never collected this kitchen and never did it!!! Also I went back my messages found the customer who I estimated in June as his address showed as my reference number, my client also call Howdens and told them the same thing that I never did his kitchen. When I called Howdens in Uxbridge again some rude guy told me that customer can say sky is yellow which I don't know what's that's mean and saying we will check the security and call you back in 1h which never happened. They call me every month with their offers, when I asked them to sort out their mistakes, Howdens Uxbridge answer me we call you back we need to review your invoice... I called them numbers of times to trying sort out their mess, their excuse every time was we will call back, we need checks security and changing off . They keep calling me only with the offers, they never came back to me to try sort out their horrible mistake!!!! Absolutely rubbish service!!! Today after 4 months I recive court letter!!!! They are proper Scamers, don't buy from them it will cost you lots of problems with this brunch!!!! How they can treat customer like this, from their estimate I have a court case now!!!! THEY RUBBER ME IN WHITE DAY!!!!
