Terrible experience with customer service. Once they have your money they are not interested. Several issues with the design that they were reluctant to resolve. Extremely slow to deliver the correct items when installation was part way through meaning additional cost to me and unnecessary delays to the project. Howdens customer service line is unmanned and you will constantly be put on a call back list.

Hello. This is nice small store which you can buy items or get them delivered. The price are bit high but some builder say they item last longer compare other stores. The parking is limited and the entrance is okay but can be hard for some people to get in. The staff are helpful and knowledge is their If you need it. Please check if you have to be business customer to shop here first just on case. Nice area and help fully staff. They also deliver item but they can be charge so please ask in advance. Hope this help.

I have purchased 3 kitchens from here and this is my first review, firstly want to start by saying that every member of staff here always go above and beyond! My most recent purchase was through Paul, I want to give a bit of context by stating I must have made at least a hundred changes and spoke to him via email in person and phone calls, not once did he give a hint of being fed up with me…Always happy to answer any silly questions and find a solution to my self inflicted issues with the design. Will always shop from here and let’s get one thing clear, no one else comes close to the price or quality! Kam
