Howdens – Ruislip london

Monica at the Ruislip office was my sales consultant and she was infinitely patient with me trying to get everything just right. I’ve never had a new kitchen before so her help and advice was extremely useful. I’m really happy with my kitchen so thank you.

Really unhelpful, unenthusiastic staff who did not seem to know much about their products. Me and my family went to Howdens to have a look at the products which we were going to purchase through our builder but the showroom is extremely small with limited options and the staff are very unwilling to leave their till. When I asked to see a range of handles one employee said he would only get a handful for me to see rather than the whole range. Also when I asked to see a specific colour work top he repeatedly chose the wrong colour and insisted that it was correct and then admitted they did not have that colour in the show room. It seems staff are very unwilling to stop and answer questions and very insistent on returning to their till/desk.

Knowledgeable staff generally fast service

I've been using Howdens Ruislip for about 15 years. The staff are great and always do what they can to help you. 95%of the time, they have what you need in stock, if not, they will track it down and get it for you. All of my kitchens come from Howdens, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Designers are very kind and ready to listen to you. I designed a fantastic kitchen for my business and I'm very happy with the quotation. I really recommend Howdens!

Incompetent staff, AVOID!!! Bunch of lying theives. Would give lower than 1 star if that was an option.

Helpful people bringing out the stuff we wanted to look at. There is a wide range of everything. But there are no prices in the catalogue and they didn't know prices themselves...
