Found out by email that someone had used my account to purchase things. Not very good service really

Found out by email that someone had used my account to purchase things. Not very good service really as I could have ended up in debt with Howdens because of this. Lucky it was paid for and taken away but the fact someone can do this is a big risk on my behalf. Won't be using Howdens again.
