Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with staff. I had some parts left from my order from Staple Corner branch to be collected in park royal. The first thing which smashed my mood was the aggressiveness of one of the cashiers who has not got much hair. It was a trouble idea to buy from Howdens. _____________________________________ It would be very appreciated if you could nominate your email address in your reply. I felt so humiliated during my visit there.

Omg. I don't have words to describe my shopping experience here. "Simply the best" in every way. The staff are fabulous. Especially Jacqui and Frankie. They had the patience of saints while they helped me to design my "dream" kitchen. I did change my mind about the actual re-layout of my existing extension 3 times but they didn't mind. Frankie's excellent product knowledge helped overcome a building issue that could have meant me not having an eye level oven. I will post some photos. I am probably one of the happiest customers around. My kitchen is fantastic. All of the staff at this branch are friendly and welcoming. Returning un used items was hassle free. They put a new meaning to service with a smile 👍😁
