Howdens is a joinery firm that supplies to trade only. However, their products are easily accessible through a local builder other by simply opening a trade account with them. Whilst their pricing structure can seem opaque, or just very expensive, regular purchasers from them can achieve discounts of 70-80% so it is worth finding a good builder to help you out. The Kings Cross branch is in my view very well organised and helpful. They recently helped me sort out a problem I had had with the kitchen design service at another branch and even took the initiative to refer me on to another good branch when they realised they were too busy to meet my timescales. I have gone from measurements to finalised kitchen in 3 days!

I Was referred to by my plumber, spoke with a quite nice lady which advised I couldn't order unles I am regesterd as a trader, i Did and got all kitchen and equipment in on place! With a very good prices.

Walked through the door today Tuesday 16th June before 5pm, it seems the staff have already prepared to leave, shutters down BEFORE 5pm. It seems from what I have witness some employee nowadays days don’t have the urge wishing to maybe serve its customers, not sure what’s with the attitude or mind set. I am sure, not everyone’s like that as my experience with the store manager been a positive encouraging. If your unhappy somewhere, maybe time to explore other opportunities in seeking employment, we’ll Thats my advice!!!
