Very bad customer service. The person who was serving us was very rude and arrogant. Instead of trying to help us, he did everything to avoid serving is. I would not recommend using this place.

Twice had quotes for the same kitchen, both times we could not even get a price off them. After constantly ringing the second time we finally got a 'quick' estimate off the kitchen designer who had boasted they would beat any price, that turned out to be twice the price of most others and only had half a work top? So gave up at this point and moved on.

was able to chose my worktops flooring and kitchen doors all in one go. The young man in the showroom was very helpful with me explained everything very well so not confusing and also serving other customers while I was there safely and with a smile. Would recommend this place and this staff to anybody.

Visited the Ascot Drive Store Derby where Tom and Perminder as usual were otherwise occupied with heads firmly fixed to their computer screen. No acknowledgement that I had even entered the store. Asked Perminder a question about a product and was told to go outside and grab a brochure and look for the questions to my query... So I'm constantly being called by Staff at Howdens fighting for.my business even when I don't need anything but when I attend the store they haven't even got the decency to acknowledge the customer let alone assist with their query.

I am a trade member of Howdens and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and always go out of there way to ensure you get the best materials and service everytime. On my last visit I was served by Holly who always goes out of her way to ensure you get all of your requested materials asap. Everytime I have been served by Holly everything I need is done asap from quotes to materials, when I phone through for anything she always goes out of her way to ensure I get what I need asap. I find her a valued member of staff and would like to see her more on the counter helping tom. She always has banter with the tradesmen and is a pleasure to deal with which makes ordering materials so much easier.
