I got my kitchen and appliances 4 years ago from Howdens Bridge of Don. All guarantees were expired. I had slight issue and I contacted the store. I spoke to a duty manager Derek who could not have been more helpful and my problem was resolved. After 4 years Howdens were still offering excellent after sales customer service.

Covid compliant. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. These premises are TRADE ONLY IN REGARDS TO PURCHASING ITEMS. You can look, they can design kitchens too, but items HAVE to go through a Tradesmans account!

Howdens quality of worktops and internal units are good, but however there range of appliances aren’t much to rave about. Purchasing my fridge freezer in 2019 and broke 2020. Grateful for me it’s still under warranty, but unfortunately have just been told the engineer won’t arrive for a further 4 days. Having 2 small children with no essentials, but informed I’m not priority.
