Howdens – Brentford london

After meeting Mike I visited the branch and had a pleasure to deal with Josh who helped me choose my new kitchen and advised throughout. Highly recommended!

Went there as a trade. Completed the application form which disappeared and never worked as it should. In the end managed to get some of the things with others having to be delivered later.... to be told that they will never arrive as they are not to be made again. Anyway it was sorted somehow. Very frustrating experience with them. But do not worry you will get there in the end.

Really not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. Having worked with Howdens for about 12 years I can honestly say that the service I have received is second to none. As a project manager, customer service from your suppliers is so important and I have always received professional and courteous service from Brentford and Southall branches. They have great products, great staff and are generally a pleasure to do business with.

In my opinion this is one the worst experiences I have ever had , whilst purchasing materials for my home, when you talk about the hard sell, this is it , coupled with arrogance second to none, stay well away. This truly deserves no star's, however I can't seem to post without giving this establishment a star.

I rolled up with just 2 mins before closing and Mark was so kind to serve me and not turn me away - I had a fair few things to buy. Super helpful, super efficient. My favourite Howdens branch! Thank you!

The staff are really friendly and helpful, we ordered a kitchen and we got so much help , u can't go wrong when you go to howdens Brentford.

Saturday morning opened up and sorted out my order really quick, thanks to the chap behind the counter, forget to ask his name but much appreciated
