I had 2 doors delivered last week. The driver was a very polite young man, carrying the heavy doors inside and carefully placing them up against the wall. He was very amenable and chatty without wasting time and remaining socially distanced. I felt a positive experience should not go without comment.

disappointing quality of worktop having paid £420 for 2 x 3m lengths. The warehouse staff dropped one of them causing damage (easy mistake to make). Not blaming them as mistakes happen but management should have offered at the minimum a replacement.
