For 12 years I have benefited from Claire’s expertise and skill in teaching me how to practice Pilates in a safe and life-enriching way. Classes are always fun (and sometimes hilarious) but are never competitive. I often feel challenged but never embarrassed. Thanks Claire. Mandy

I've been going to pilates here for a number of years. The classes are small so everyone gets individual attention. Clare is a great teacher! She is extremely professional and experienced and ensures none of us do exercises that are unsuitable for our particular needs. The classes are different each week so there's no chance of getting bored!. I've been to a number of other Pilates classes and I think the is the best!

I’ve been to quite a few different places in Brighton and Hove for Pilates. Claire offers a varied and different session every week catered for the class and to you. The facilities are the best I’ve seen. I’ve also attended the Bespoke reformer sessions which are awesome. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.

As an active 76 year old, I look to Pilates to keep me fit and supple. And that’s exactly what going to HovePilates has done. Claire runs well-planned, well-prepared classes. She knows about our individual weak spots or temporary injuries and takes them properly into account. She makes room for humour and the classes, though serious are also fun. She is an excellent teacher and I feel really fortunate to have found her. I derive huge benefits from attending and always feel so much better after a class. Liz Simpson

I have been going to Claire’s class for well over a decade now, and it is a highlight of my week. Claire is a great teacher who has a good knowledge of how to adapt movements for physical health conditions, and she provides excellent feedback. I have arthritis and can honestly say this class has played a major role in my condition management.
