I have a rather nice car. I left it for the MOT and it needed a new bulb and a warning light reset. When I collected it the next day it had clocked up 7 miles. That's some road test for a new bulb

Really unhappy. Called and checked they could take my van for an MOT, gave them all the details, and they said they could. Took it in and left it 45 mins. When I returned they gave me my keys and said there was no charge. When I asked why they said they couldn't do it. They didn't call me to explain. Very flippant and unhelpful.

I will Report them To Council and DVSA. Very very bad Garage, unprofessional and very bad customer services the Girl at reception very rude. I went for Taxi Mot and Normal Mot test which was booked 2 weeks in advance! It looked like the receptionist Lady was not in a good mood that day and had arguments with her boss and she started to swear at me in front of her Stupid boss and they told me to take the car to another garage. What an idiots because of their argument they let the customers down. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM AGAIN.
