Today I was served by Sasha at Chanel. I was looking for a new fragrance, she was incredibly attentive and very professional. Sasha made me feel at ease and listened to what I was looking for in a fragrance. She got it spot on! I will definitely be back to try out other Chanel products. Sasha is amazing and I'll back to see her very soon.

This is one of my favorite department stores in Glasgow. Floors and floors of amazing shopping that is greatly enhanced with a warm, friendly and amazing staff. Shopping heaven. If you needed it they will have it.

The original House Of Fraser store situated in a great shopping area of Glasgow.. Lovely old building. Beautiful Christmas lights on the outside during the festive period.

Everyone here was absolutely wonderful. I had experiences with these counters/SAs in particular: Chanel, Tom Ford, MAC, Giorgio Armani, Urban Decay. The associates we very helpful, but not pushy at all. The entire store was clean and bright. I’d recommend to anyone looking for luxury shopping in the Glasgow area.

Had a stopover in gin71 in Fraser's which was very enjoyable during my shopping. Good service from the bar staff as well some lovely drinks. Stewart Lager is very nice.

Very disappointed in customer service. Bought a few Christmas Gifts here and when I had a genuine reason to return same, was told of their NO REFUND POLICY. Definitely won't be shopping here again. I had to accept gift vouchers , despite being told by two sales assistants prior to Christmas that a refund would not be a problem.

Its totally Fabulous Darling.... Dragged in to get my good lady some perfume as I just cant behave and a pain in the bum. £300 later and I have still not learned my lesson.

Love House of Fraser. Enjoy going around all the floors, checking out all the different styles of clothing, also their make up and personal care goods.

*** WARNING WARNING WARNING *** since Mike Ashley and his Sports Direct discounters have taken over…NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. When purchasing my wife’s Dune boots, this was never explained. If it had been, my wife would have ensured she tried them on before purchasing. House of Fraser was a store I used to spend quite a bit of time and money in. In light of The Sports Direct NO REFUNDS policy, i am sad to say I will NEVER go back to House of Fraser. The shine of the brand has certainly now been extinguished for me.

This is a truly awful company. Their post sale customer service is disgusting. Have a look at their customer service online either on Facebook or twitter. They have no open phone lines and customers are reduced to trying to resolve issues on social media. Not a smart marketing move with the number of unhappy customers that have effectively had their money stolen in the weeks on the run up to Christmas. I am one of them. They do not answer queries regarding issues with goods and refuse to refund. Steer clear .
