Took my son to the kids department to get some shoes after a terrible experience in Clarks. There was nobody on the department, however the games guy got an assistant from homewares to help us. She was absolutely FANTASTIC. She helped fit my sons shoes she spent ages to make sure we had the style that he wanted. She even went to find a mirror for hm to look at the shoes even though there was no mirror in the department. This lady was absolutely amazing. THANK YOU!
