Xenophobic staff. I asked about the flu jab and the nurse told me it was for NHS members only. I am a NHS member but she assumed I wasn’t because I have an American accent. And I’m a white American woman, so imagine what she says to people of color from different countries 🤔 This kind of behavior is not okay.

Wish I could give 0 stars, very rude staff every time I’ve been there and I have a monthly repeat prescription and almost every time I’ve been there and I’ve phoned up to remind them they’ve not ordered it. So many wasted trips to the doctors and a waste of NHS time just to not be able to get my shots done.
