Found house keys ( POLAND ) on Hough End Playing fields. Some of you will know someone who has lost them. Point them this way. See Photos. Ask at the leisure centre for them back. Handed in today, 20/04/21. Good luck.

Great service for value. Not much gym equipment but you have swimming pool, cricket courts and other rooms. Well organised with coronavirus but very limited access to swimming pool and other activities. Overall, enjoying a lot my work outs in there.

Nice pool for little ones. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. It would get 5 stars but misses one each for: 1. the family changing rooms with baby change should be reserved for babies and toddlers.. not grown children (e.g. a few polite signs would make a difference). 2. Disappointing that children and the disabled currently have very poor access to swimming (only on a saturday for children if you are lucky to be able to book) And no priority access for disabled, for whom swimming is often the only means of decent exercise.

The building and facilities are good! The staff are terrible, will never set foot in this place ever again till you change your attitude. Withington leisure centre wins hands down for friendliness and facilities. It was a pleasure to take out full annual membership

Great swimming lessons for my children. The woman with blonde curly hair behind the counter is so rude it’s untrue. Not had any dealings with the woman but she has me cringing when I’m sat watching my kids the way she speaks to people especially if people turn up to wrong classes. Makes me not want to come here

I really love this gym but feel sad they didn’t keep to the old prices when I reinstated my member

3/ 5

I really love this gym but feel sad they didn’t keep to the old prices when I reinstated my membership once they could open again as the members before are still paying £24, I’m paying £32 when I don’t use the classes or swimming. I feel it would be better if you had more tailored memberships to reflect the prices.

5/ 5

Hough End is a friendly and welcoming leisure centre. They offer a wide variety of cardio / strength machines & free weights. The classes that they offer are decent too. Membership is affordable & much cheaper than many comparable alternatives. They also have Personal Trainers available for tailored fitness programs if you need/want that extra push - I would highly recommend giving it a try. Through my sessions with Jack, I am now the fittest I've ever been :) I'm happy to recommend to anyone!

Very poor customer service. The gym is lacking in proper equipment. Sauna & steam room is filthy. Majority of the time the temperature is very low in the sauna, defeats objective of a sauna. The steam room is mostly broken and takes forever to repair. Overall terrible management. The staffs and the place, both need cleaning out.
