The shoes are great and it's all fine if you go in and choose a pair of shoes and buy them first go off. But I actually got a very insulting roll of the eyes when I wanted a bit of help. It's a real shame because I love hotter shoes but am reluctant to go in. Staff training badly needed I think!

Staff not very friendly... in fact very rude. One sales assistant in the flowered top, short blondish Bob hair. It was very busy in the store and my relative who was visiting the UK went in for a walking sandals. I started to say to my relative, ask someone for the size to try but before I could finish, I was shouted at to hold on by this lady very loudly. I was embarrassed, angry and frankly shocked that I was spoken to in this way. Customer service needs to be improved by this one person!
