Purchased our first Hotspring tub in March and wow, so glad as the tubs great and the service level is fantastic! Maxine is so helpful and very knowledgeable. Reply’s promptly and so helpful with water Maintenance. I researched hot tubs for months and these are definitely up there with a jacuzzi, if not better!! Keep up the great work Hotspring 😀

Excellent customer service from Maxine throughout the whole process. Everything we needed was included in the upfront costs provided, so no hidden extras to surprise you. Fast, efficient delivery and quick, trouble-free installation from the Hot Tub Assist team. A very good quality hot tub and we have had no problems since it was installed in April. The Freshwater Salt System seems to work a treat once you have the water balance correct - which was acheived very quickly. Highly recommended - both the quality of the hot tub itself and the whole end-to-end experience with Hot Spring World

Very helpful assistant, although we didn't buy anything she went through the ranges and what was available. She also gave our son a rubber duck as a gift. When we are ready to buy a hot tube we will come back here.

We purchased a Limelight Flair which is excellent quality and great fun ,love the lighting We are spending many enjoyable winter nights under the stars relaxing with a glass of wine
