We decided to finally get a hot tub like a lot of people hav recently and ,having done our research, we visited the hotspring office in Scotsdales Cambs. Antonio, the salesman, was very helpful and showed us the static models. We liked the dual lounger model and secured a tub that was luckily arriving in the UK the next day with the perfect spec (grey/white tub with, frog and sound system). The site survey was also done by Antonio and an installtion date was booked. The guys who fitted the tub were excellent and took very little time to gt us up and running, despite having to drop the tub via our nice neighbours garden! We have used the tub virtually everyday since and look forward to a great summer and future time with wonderful purchase.

Not Professional; >Delivery vehicle ripped gas main off wall of house. >Tripped house circuits during install. >Drain plug missing. >One of the cover latches (The part that affixes to the body of the tub) missing. >Cover latches (The part that affixes to the tub) not installed. I don't expect to drill screws into a hot tub myself. >Scraping of tub into position resulted in insulation being torn off from the underneath. >The tub arrived dirty with yellow-ish water in, I hadn't expected such a poor condition of product to come into.

We have been very impressed with the customer care that Mark and Jon have given us in purchasing and aftercare of our hot tub. It was a big decision to make buying a hot tub, having wanted one for years. Mark was excellent with his sales pitch, helped us consider many factors, with no pressure, before guiding us towards the right product for us. Jon has always been a pleasure to talk to, always on hand to answer any questions about use and maintenance. The maintenance is surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. We are so happy with the choice and after looking at many products on the market, hot springs really did tick all the boxes. The delivery and installation team were very polite and efficient. We genuinely use ours all the time, all year round! Such a treat for the whole family. Wonderful for relaxation and very useful if your into fitness or have a physically demanding job - almost like having your own physio! Such a wide variety of jets with adjustable power enables a full body massage to suit all. With various credit options it makes owning your own piece of luxury affordable! We would thoroughly recommend this company!
